Summary
I've hit my quota limit and bought $20 extra usage credits. The IDE is not refreshing the balance.

What’s happening
My Windsurf IDE is not updating the extra balance and I can not continue on my work. The Winsurf web site shows invoice, but doesn't show the credit in the history. Total inconsistency, looks like the payment was lost. I've opened support ticket yesterday but got now response at all 🙁

Expected behavior
The balance should be visible in my account and should be applied for extra usage in the IDE

Steps
Logged out - Logged In in IDE and the web interface.
Restarted the IDE

Environment
OS: MacOS
Accont: Pro
Windsurf version: The most recent version

Hey team — I’d expect billing issues like this to be treated with the highest priority. I’ve paid my invoice, but the balance still hasn’t been applied to my account, and it’s been 2 days with no response from support.

This is pretty fundamental customer service. It’s hard to feel confident about onboarding my company to Windsurf if something this basic isn’t resolved quickly. I’m also seeing multiple people in the Discord reporting the same issue, which makes this feel like a broader problem rather than a one-off case.

Can someone from the team please take a look and provide an update ASAP?
