Has anyone else lost Devin gift ACUs after the Windsurf 2.0 migration on 15 April? Trying to work out if this is just my account or something wider.

My situation:

• Devin Core account, gift ACUs originally granted via Lenny's Pro Pass (~50/month while it was on the Pass).
• Last used the ACUs on 13 April 2026.
• After 15 April, the account UI flipped from the ACU view to the Windsurf-style quota view — daily quota, weekly quota, on-demand usage $0.00. No Gift / PAYG / Subscription ACU categories visible anywhere.
• The live Devin billing docs (docs.devin.ai/admin/billing) still say gift ACUs "never expire," which doesn't match what I'm seeing.
• Cognition published a clear conversion policy for pre-purchased Windsurf credits moving into the unified system. I haven't been able to find any equivalent published policy for Devin gift ACUs — if anyone has a link, I'd appreciate it.

Support status: opened a ticket on 20 April, got told it was "escalated to a specialist" later that day, no ticket ID or owner provided, and seven days of silence since.

Two asks:

  1. If you redeemed Devin via Lenny's Pro Pass and still had ACUs on your account around 13–15 April, could you check your current Usage & Limits page and reply with what you see? Trying to gauge whether this hit a cohort or just my account.
  2. If anyone has seen documentation covering how pre-existing Devin gift ACUs were handled in the Windsurf 2.0 migration, a pointer would be very welcome.

Happy to share screenshots, the support thread, and account details over DM with staff or anyone investigating. Not looking to start a pile-on — just trying to get to the bottom of what happened.
