Hoping a mod or staff member can help give visibility to Ticket #58251.
TL;DR: I tried to start a free trial, the UI lagged, and I accidentally clicked twice -> Instantly charged $20 for Pro Monthly. I have not opened or used the Pro features at all since the charge (I want to keep the account clean for a potential refund). I emailed support immediately on April 19, but it's been 3 days with no response.
I love the product and just want to resolve this billing mistake. Could someone please check on Ticket #58251?
