I installed the GPT5-Codex Plug-in on Windsurf, I am really struggling to use it and cannot find any helpful documentation anywhere. I am using Windsurf in Win 11 Pro.
I have these issues:
- I cannot pin or add a Folder as context, when use Codex prompt box (can only add files)
- After I prompt if to do something, I get constant stream of “Approval” messages – does not matter which option I select “Approve Once” or “Approve this session”
- The only way to not get these ‘approval messages – is if I switch to Agent (Full Access) mode. Is this the only option?
- After Codex is done – I do not get a message that says what the diff changes are and /or it does not ask me to Apply the changes – like when I am using Cascade Agent
