Which extensions are you seeing issues with?

I see, unfortunately we've forked from VSCode at 1.94 and have not yet merged in version 1.95. Generally it's best practice for extensions to support a decent amount of older version of the IDE, in this case the extension only supports the most recent two minor versions which is very very aggressive. I'd imagine this isn't actually necessary and they are being overly aggressive with the minimum version requirement.

The Jupyter and Azure Kubernetes extensions are actually quite important to me

#

Bcus my daily job needs them

#

When will Windsurf support these extensions?

I'll ask the team. In the meantime if you right click the extension on the left it's possible you'll be able to install older versions that don't have as strict of an IDE version requirement.

Hey @glossy pecan I found this thread because I have similar issue (see img). Any news about that?

I think we’re looking to upgrade the base VSCode version we’re forking from in an upcoming release. Until then can you try installing an old version of the extension?

@glossy pecan what is the current status I would like to develop with Flutter but I can't install Dart because the Dart extension - Extension is not compatible with Code 1.94.0. Extension requires: ^1.96.0.
