The part that got reset was Cascade usage specifically so previous usage won't count towards the credit limits

To have reset the Windsurf Usage Summary sucks! We have no way of knowing what sort of utilization we've been doing to determine which pricing plan we'd fall in and if it's worth continuing to use.
