Does your weapon have any scaling applied? Also, could you provide a screenshot of the ads layer?

That's why you are having issues. You need to create a GunMesh gameobject and parent the weapon mesh to it, while the pivot and aim points should be parented to the main object, just like the demo weapons, you better check those examples

It should be one vector instead. You will need to create an empty game object, call it Mesh, and parent Armature and Cube.008 to it. If you need to re-scale the gun, just scale the Mesh object, so the aiming won't be broken
