Had no issues last few weeks but today suddenly this started happening usually after game is minimized then maximized. Restart fixes it until same actions performed.
Changing display settings didn't seem to matter.

I got nvidia 581.15 only half a year old, and I doubt its from that anyway

I cant think of anythgint ahtw oudl directly cause this on the engine/game end 
. try driver update when you get a chance, there wasnt an update to the game today or anything
