I keep getting "error communicating with server" when I try to redeem the new codes. Also, I've been in the reinforce stage (R2 currently) for awhile now and my discord role stubbornly refuses to update no matter what I do to try and force it.

but the server comunicating is probably some firewall issue? its working ok for most right now

possibly; I've tried the in-game forcing, also restarting device, steam, client and discord separately and combined.

I'm understandably reluctant to disable my firewall, but if that might fix it...

eh unlikely that its just the like user firewall unless you did something specific

For me it was the AV that detected the communication as harmful. I had to make an exception and now it is working.
