if you buy the "Crew Keep Supremacy" upgrade from g6 then reinforce without having crew supremacy you don't get launched into crew supremacy but also crew quarters is not equippable

"Keep Supremacy" should probably function like the "Mastery Start With" upgrades and simply start you off with supremacy.
