The progress is about 2 hours apart after offline gains for some reason. They should have the same progress since I've finished the final galaxy and have done a reinforce.
Loading backups with less optimized research gain also have this issue.
But another backup in between those two is in sync again.

I guess that the applied research gain upgrade that needs 3e66 for example doesn't get applied during the offline calculations.
