Overdrive C-Weapon/ S-Weapon Fighter Activ time

in my Last Reinforce i checked Overdrive every day and got ca 22h-20h hours left in active time, but only in C-W, S-W and Fighter all other seems to work fine.

the 3 battle overdrives, capital, small and fighter, don't consume active time while offline, as combat isn't simulated offline

so if you spent a lot of time offline, then all the other OD actives would run out but time would be left in those 3
