I'm hesitant to put any more complex targeting into fleet, Its kinda meant to be simple/"readable" in terms of you shoot the closest thing

it is kinda chaotic and unreadable already though so USIShrug

it might be nice as a like glaxy upgrade you get and then you can toggle it
