I reinforced halfway through G5, when I unlocked splicing. I leveled up both aspects of my first two crew a little, then reinfonced again. After unlocking splicing in the new reinforce, I noticed that while my active aspects were reset to 0, my inactive aspects were not reset.
I also had two points available to spend in my first crew's active aspect and one point available in my second crew's active aspect.
I cleansed the first crewmember and they were able to start gaining adaptations. Upon resplicing they lost the 2 free points mentioned in the previous message.
