I left the game in compute challenge last night. Checked this morning and hag gained no salvage.
Reproduce by selecting compute challenge and closing the game.
Here's a short before/after (after discovering it).
[Edit]: It looks like you do get some, but I only received ~ 1/8th of what I'd expect based on the rate of gain when the game is running.

Huh. That's weird. Why is my total salvage so low after the whole night? I'd expect at least 5e9 after 7 hours: 2e5 * (60607) = 5.04e9
I've only got 1/5th of that. I didn't properly look at the review page when I started it up this morning. :/
I've only got the compute to consume 1e4 / second so that's not where it all went. I've gained ~2e8 in the 15 minutes since the last post with the game running.
Is some multiplier not being applied? I gained 7.69e6 for 4 minutes offline, and 2.88e8 for 18 minutes online. That's a factor of 8.3 difference in offline gain rate to online gain rate.

Another data point. Gained ~1.2e9 in 1h40m online as compared to <7.57e8 over night.

hmmm thsi might just be borked for offline in the challenge I cant remember last I looked at it
