Just got back to S75 in R2, when retofitting into the BAttle cruiser to get capital weapons, all 3 of the S. Utilities have disappeared and can not be added to the ship. I have also done a second retrofit and a prestige reset and this has not resolved the issue. Check on iOS, which has the same issue.
