I saw your question 'if loadouts don't cut it' and I started to write and it was too much for normal chat...

🥳 First of all, I love the game and the new update is dope! ❤️

For me loadouts are great if stuff hasn't changed much since you made it.
But with reinforces, there changes a lot.

I see a few problems with the current loadouts:
Modules: You cannot specify a module order for your loadout. If you don't have enough module slots, maybe a key module is left deactived. If you save with just the key modules, you missing out on the optional ones.
=> order for modules

VDevice: You cannot specify a link order. If you don't have enough, maybe a key link is missing.
=>order for links

Core: Usually resource specific loadouts should not meddle with the current weapon/shield setup. It would be nice to be able to include single core systems like veil piercer, fighter bay (for efficiency node),...
=> include just specific systems from core.

#

Crew: You cannot specify a crew order. If you don't have enough slots, maybe a key crew is missing.
You cannot specify a skill schemata, which nodes to prioritize. Only "playback" to an old one. This makes it painful to change anything in a new run, because then you have to assign each new skill point.

Also you kinda need 3 different skill schemata (including "Auto Switch Stats" status and currently picked attribute like Engineering, Acumen...) depending if you can ignore the divisor and black rank penalty.
=> order for crew
=> skill schemata for crew
=> possible 3 different skill schemata depending on crew ranks>420 and >720.

possible Crew schemata:
e.g.:
Energy Technician: 223213c (optimized for VP max at crew ranks >720)
meaning:
each number presents a skill's priority.
2
2 3
2 1 3

1 = highest priority.
Same priority means it gets distributed equally.
So it would first distribute all points equally on the 1s. If there is no possible 1, it gets distributed equally on the 2s....

The last letter a,b or c means a= main attribute picked, b=secondary, c="Auto Switch on".

This is quite a lot, and it's not long to Christmas, so just see it as a wish list without any pressure. 😉

this sounds good in theory but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan it be big amount of work to implement and design the interface nicely etc etc. maybe someday haha

That's what I expected, but wanted to share my thoughts anyway. 😄 👍
