Please make Salvage/s ignore core purchases

I could be missing something but...

I can't see any reason it includes them other than "it does". They're 1 time buys, they do not impact salvage/s meaningfully. All they do is ruin the salvage/s calculation for however long the window is calculated over.

you can turn off include drains in approximate income in settings but that mess up other stuffs
