#Inconsistent use of sci notation vs. numbers on reactors

I wouldn't necessary call this a bug, per se, but the use of sci notation vs. long form of 4 digit numbers on the reactor passive is inconsistent.

Note here how the S. Battle T4 has "1.11e4x" as its value at 0/100 passive for T4. However, Capital Battle T4 which has 1/100 charge and thus has a passive benefit of "6056x". Despite both representing 4-digit values, the swap from sci notation back to long form is inconsistent.

"Fighters T4", which also has 0/100 levels, is also using a 4 digit value of "1112x", so I have no idea what determines why it would use one over the other. Purely UI, though.

1.11e4 = 11,100 -- 5 digits

lol oops

So I guess some base values at T4 are five digits, some base values are at 4 digits?

Yeah think so

Okay, so this isn't a bug at all, then. Sorry!
