Overdrive: Clarifying which parts survive prestige

First time got it, and I'm very interested which parts survive prestige.

• Does charge speed survive prestige? I think it's in line with reactor upgrades, it survives.
• Does charges survive prestige?
• Does passive charge survive prestige?

Also would be nice if there's some formatting standard that tells us what gets reset on prestige/what survives.
-> first time i thought warp cores is reset after each prestige, that's why I always deplete each before prestige
