Warp Harvesting not updating with crew retirement

Fully reproducible, there's a bug with Warp Harvesting still being divided even after Acumen crew are retired.

1. Have a crew member with Acumen skill ranks active.
2. Have or print a Xeno Phenomenologist, set to Ingenuity and with Auto Switch off, and add points to Warp Harvesting.
   2a) Allow the XP to have a long time to level another point in Ingenuity by letting them level for a while, or for testing's sake, by moving back sectors.
3. Check the warp essence multiplier in stats, and the warp essence rewards for each warp sector. You can also let an auto warp trigger and see the essence gain.
4. Retire the Acumen crew.
5. Warp Harvesting should update to a significant multiplier instead of 1.0x, and you can see it reflected in Stats. However, rewards for Warps in the Warp Drive tab does not increase, and you receive the same essence as in step 3 as if Warp Harvesting was still being divided.

Warp Harvesting appears to only properly update if the XP gains an Ingenuity level, or if you save the game and reload it. Adding rank points does not update it.

do you know if this is just graphical or not when you were running into it?

It should give you the proper amount on warp no matter what but I want to make sure im not missing something else too
