This could just be me not looking in the correct location, but considering the wording of the actual Crew buff, should "Advanced Material Gain" from the Acumen tree be showing as part of the listed Stat buffs (alongside the actual dedicated Pulv/Fort/Adapt upgrades)?
As from what i can see, there only seems to be the x2 from the singulars
With it being listed as "Amount Multiplier", i figured it would likely be noted in the amount multiplier sections for individual materials. There doesn't seem to be a "all 3 resources" category.

Hmmm, maybe just needs a bit more time then potentially. Only just unlocked it like 15 minutes ago, so maybe the stat tables just haven't updated yet.

though on a side note, looks like ingenuity 4300 is bugged and gives a smaller bonus than proficiency 4300 and engineering 4300
try reloading the game maybe

Yeah, am doing at the moment.
Okay, yeah, looks like it needed to be closed/reopened for the stat to appear, weird, but guess can classify this one as ok.
