First thought, it just needs a few seconds to re-optimize. But on second thought it might actually be optimized. Getting full levels on CapCap's might be better than 10 Cap+, considering the e5 difference in levels.

yh pressing the optimise button makes it allocate 2 power to it to cap it out

and moving to 1 which it should? be takes the chunk out so for some reason that one isnt following the pattern
