#OneDrive client

Looking to expand my testing to physical hardware. For my workflow, that means using a cloud storage sync client, namely abraunegg’s OneDrive client. It’s easy enough to install with abroot, but on other configurations, this runs as a systemd service. Any progress on that front? I’d asked a related question a week ago with respect to xrdp, and that was the roadblock there.

I have a doubt doesn't one drive already work here?

You login to Microsoft account -> Go to Nautilus -> Connect to One drive

That’s a WebDAV connection not a sync client. Requires persistent and speedy internet. Def not suitable for laptops.

I will test this out and get back to you later.

I suppose a workaround would be to run OneDrive in .bashrc or similar. It’s a clumsy, but would do the trick. I’ll test that out. Running as a service would still be better.
