#Invokeai shows GPU in loader, does not in application, uses CPU only

I'm going to go out on a limb and say there is no way a card from 2015 has the CUDA capability to be supported. (Nevermind that 4GB vram is also not enough)

Hardware reqs for SD1.5: 'GPU: Nvidia 10xx series or later'
Your card is from the generation before that.
