I often just create a batch of images with the same prompt and settings and then choose a few to work with further and it would be quite nice if I could easily distinguish those pictures in the board grid from the others.
So my suggestion would be to either highlight the other images with the exact same settings with a border when I hover / select one image or to have it as a seperate category/accordion with a unique identifier.
Of course I could always just create a new board but I use them so that I can differentiate between the models I have installed.
