When I updated Ubuntu 23 to Ubuntu 24 Invoke stopped working. I have a fresh install now of Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS and Invoke 5 but can't install. I don't program for a living so I don't know Linux nerd language. Please help.

You need python 3.11 the latest Ubuntu comes with 3.12.

Thanks but I tried python3.11 and even 3.10 but same result

I read somewhere I had to remove 3.12 - but this is beyond what I know - I use windows most of the time.

Thanks, I will try that. Although I've tried "update-alternatives" before in the Ubuntu terminal and it's an unrecognized command.
