was the text in the CMD red? red text means that there is a error. a screenshot of the error can help us to help you.
the big version dif. can be a problem for the updater.
the fresh install was in the same path ?

I just did another fresh install, no red-text. I'll get you a current screenshot of where I'm ending off.

this show only that the backend is running and you can access the frontend on the ip:port

Okay, so then i guess I'm just a little lost. How I launch the app? Like I feel stupid saying it, but I'm going into the installed folder and running the bat file

you open a browser and go to the URL on the last line. (if the invokeai runs in the same maschine it should be http://127.0.0.1:9090 and no change on port)
