#Generation preview does not use the vae of the model being used?

I am adapting my SD 1.5 model to the SDXL vae, but noticed the preview is using the standard SD 1.5 vae instead of the SDXL vae that is in my diffusers model file.

The preview looks like the above, but the final output is this
