on windows the execute of the code waits if you click in the console. so be sure to do press enter if you click in the console

it's not obvious, but this is actually compiling things. the clue is the line above the one you mentioned. it's building wheels for your platform - this can take some time, depending upon your hardware.

It stuck forever.. 😉 when it build dependencies - it like normal process.. and this symbols " | - / "moving, When it reach the backend Dependencies moment, always stuck (Forever). symbol stuck also on this symbol | (Like on screenshot).
