Consistency Check Failed

Currently attempting to install InvokeAI. Had quite a few issues thus far, mainly related to a flaky connection or not checking a box, but finally got to this latest one seen here. I'm not sure how to use the arguments suggested since i'm just using option 7, 're-run the configure script to fix a broken install'.
This is on Windows 10 and when running invoke.bat

Might be worth noting I also have the general competency and knowledge of a sponge, just in case this is something very obvious and easy.
