The automatic installer or the manual one?

If I had to guess, it looks like the instalation thinks your on linux (since you don't really see tar.gz used on windows)

dam, then idk lol
I have a amd gpu on linux (automatic install didn't work for me either since it couldn't detect the gpu)
you can try the manual install maybe (https://invoke-ai.github.io/InvokeAI/installation/020_INSTALL_MANUAL/)
