Did you download the zip file from the official repo? FWIW, I don't get the python version error text, however, I do get the pip version recommendation, despite verifying I have 23.0 already installed. Not sure if that adds anything to the mix, or helps in any way.

make sure you're not using python 3.11

thanks I was using 3.11. now trying to install using 3.9.
quick question. Is 3.10 also supported?
