I think you will need a third party tool like OBS which would allow you to re-route the audio.

there are likely a few ways to do this. you could use the "stereo mix" output if you are using a realtek chip. what I do is use virtual audio cables, change your output device to one end of the audio cable and then set the input device to the other end in ableton. you need to turn on monitoring inside ableton to hear the audio stream. there are some virtual audio cable managers out there that might make it easier, like banana or voicemeeter but the free basic virtual cables work fine.
