Hi @buoyant hare , why not at least share a one-liner to save people the click to Github? your first paragraph on Github is perfect for that:

An AI-native apartment search and neighborhood intelligence platform that transforms NYC public datasets into a conversational, queryable intelligence layer. Built on the NVIDIA DGX Spark (Acer Veriton GN100) with Llama 3.3 70B via speculative decoding.

Got it, thank you. I’ll consider an update.

#

I was hoping my project would have garnered more attention considering I build a fully queryable, conversational agent, that can run 100% offline.

#

But instead what was projected as a ‘winning’ project at the latest event was more of a matter of presentation.

Was this at one of the NVIDIA or NVIDIA shared hackathons?

I meant that in general, no real difference there.
Some of our Hackathons are together with other partners, the one this weekend for example was with Acer if I am not mistaken?
Judging those events is verey difficult. There are so many great submissions. And the efforts of people alone, that they put into these events is amazing!
So the sad truth is that some people will be disappointed. But that is why we have this and other channels where you can still proudly showcase your work!
And of course, all feedback is welcome, especially that which allows us to improve these events! So make sure to answer to the feedback form that will be send to you after this hack.

Yeah, it can be difficult. But I’ve attended enough events like these that I know what I’m talking about.

In any case, I appreciate that you even looked at this. I truly believed that it was going to a void and the work was meaningless.
