Serializing int64 JSON request in `/api/run`?

Hey folks, I'm struggling trying to figure this out. If I have a convex query which accepts a v.int64, how am I supposed to serialize my JSON request to that endpoint if I'm using /api/run?

I've tried: base64 encoded, serialized base 10 string, array of numbers, json numbers....all fail the check:
