App signup issue

Stuck with this in Chef, tried a few times and with different chats but always stops with this signup/auth error.

Filling out email and password to sign up, gets the message that "Could not sign up, did you mean to sign in?", asks the chat, and it tries a few things before finding out that it can not edit the auth config " from the template constraints that we cannot modify the auth configuration files".

Any thoughts on how to get past this?

We need to put a better error message here, but this probably means that your password doesn’t meet the requirements.

Can you check the logs tab under the database section and tell me what error you see there?
