Ok. Thank you. Do you know where we can follow the status of this. Alternately, can we deploy from our local machine to prod? All the guide show for Vercel, Netlify, etc

We aren't exactly sure what's causing this yet. Tom may have a workaround. But for now if it's working from a local machine you can just go ahead and deploy from there.

We've got a fix coming soon, if this is blocking you in the meantime @limber carbon you could try installing 1.9.0-alpha.3 — we used it to test this fix externally. It's missing other features and bugfixes of 1.9 so I wouldn't use it unless you need it.
I'll get a new alpha out later that has this fix on 1.9

Ok. Tried the deploy on local and same error.
Will try the alpha version now
The alpha verson worked like a charm.
Should I keep the version for now?
Or revert back to 1.9.0
Local and preview work with 1.9.0. Just the prod deploy that fails

I'd use this alpha if you need it now and next week we'll get 1.9.1 out with this fix. We've had some trouble reproducing the issue but you're not the only seeing it.
