So far, it looks like the most recent deploy isn't experiencing the same level of queue issues, but some users who were already stuck before the most recent deploy remained stuck.
The bot team is aware of one remaining source of these issues, and is working on resolving it as soon as possible. 🤞

Also, to clear up some misunderstandings, there have been no intentional changes to relax mode processing times. The jobs you see labelled as waiting since 2+ hours ago were either dropped between today's emergency bug fix deploys, or completed silently and can be accessed via the web gallery.
