• Bug: My friend cant see the traffic light, and can only hear the traffic lights sounds.
• Can it be replicated? How?: Yes, he restarted his game multiple times and didnt changed nothing.

His specs are not that good, there are for a Low/End Pc>
CPU: Intel i3 9100F
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500XT
RAM: 16GB

i know when i play on low settings it's harder to see which light on the traffic light is on

i have seen visual and light glitches happen with people on high or ultra, but never really play with that so can't really help with that

Just to say, that can be replicated when you play on high or medium graphics with an AMD GPU
