I FIXED THIS. THE THING WAS IN EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER. THERE WAS AN ERROR IN AUTHORIZATION - SO I REINSTALLED EVERYTHING AND NOW AFTER SO MANY HOURS IT FINALLY WORKS

This issue will be fixed as the game will change the online serveices!
