There is a bug that when you are on the multiplayer page almost everyone is playing level ???

Yeah also have this happening alot when looking at public lobbies

it might be because these lobbies aren't in an level yet so it shows that as level ???

But when I join them there are in a level

Its just a visual bug.

And its not everytime
