I disagree with the idea of a report system as I see a block system proficient for the games current player count, however if we are going to have one this is how I propose it is done.

Every action that violates the CoC will have an amount of points in correlation with it. So, say speed hacking is worth 10 points. A player who then speed hacks gets 10 points on their account.

Once a player passes the 100 point threshold, they get banned from multiplayer.

How long it lasts would depend on the severity along with how often it occurs, and thankfully there is an easy way to calculate this.

Say Timmy has 72 points from trolling and throwing objectives, if he then decides to install hacks and cheats to ruin others' experiences, he gets 100 points and then has a total of 172.

Let's take Jimmy. Say he has 0 points, and decides to hack once, he then has a total of 100 points.

Both of these people are at the 100 point threshold, but because Timmy did more he has more points above the threshold. Each point would last a day, and then subtracted from the total. So Timmy would be banned for 73 days while Jimmy would only be banned for one.

Say somebody repeatedly passes 50 points, which is the threshold for a voice chat ban. If they cross that threshold multiple times, even if their points go below 50, they are still permanently muted. Same thing with multiplayer access.

This is a very rough outline, but I think it should be the standard for a report system. It’s fair, takes into account the amount of offenses, and is very clear in how it presents itself. I’ll leave the amount of points/thresholds up to the devs to decide, however I hope you seriously consider this as a fair system that is easy to follow and allows people to lose points for not acting up.

Thank you for your time.

Need some sort of data-bank for the moderators with all players who already have points collected
