*You can only equip two perks at a time *
Perk Ideas:

Hard Worker: You complete objectives faster than the average (like the generators)
Adrenaline: When spotted by a monster you get a large speed increase for a short period of time
Strong Sight: You can see items through walls and more easier (items highlight within a certain distance)
Medic: Can revive players without bandages
Sneak Expert: Your crouch is faster and you make less noise when running
Bagger: Gets extra inventory slots
Brighter Flashlight: Your flashlight is brighter

so my abilities suggestion gets absolutely hated on but perks is fine? its basically the same thing.

That really depends on what you mean by ability's are you able to send the link to the suggestion because if the ability's are out of place i can see why it would be hated on.
