Add a Colorblind mode

I'm colorblind, and while playing I've found a ton of things that are color related, the office level, the blind guy with the valves, the room right before completing Poolrooms, and a few others. These spots are almost impossible for me to do on my own, I've never completed the game solo because of this 💀

They apply to your whole screen permanently everywhere
