Level 69 is the 70th Level of the Backrooms: A deserted, infinite highway shrouded in thick fog and pitch darkness. Anyone that finds their way into this level must stay in the car they began in or perish. To enter the level, you'd find a garage containing a car on level 2. Once you find this car, you'd sit in it for 10 seconds before being teleported to level 69. Once in level 69, you'd drive down the high way until you see a tunnel. Once you drive into the tunnel, you'd end up in the hub or a whole new potential level (Level 11) that could release along with level 69.
