Limiting features is drawing the line. I thought c.ai is supposed to be an app where chatting with the bots are free even on the app I thought the messages were supposed to be unlimited. At this point get rid of features no one uses. Instead of adding these limits and hiding behind a paywall and start communicating with your users adding features that people will start actually using. Instead of ignoring your users and putting everything behind a paywall will cause some of your users to stop using. A lot of your users started using your app because it was free and actually enjoyable. Now you roll out new features that no one uses. For example when you’ll retired chat styles you never really told us or gave us a head up about it until that day and retired some then got rid of the rest on may 8th.
Adding features that actually make the app more enjoyable and communicating with your users. Adding features that benefit c.ai free users and c.ai+ users will probably make more money for you’ll instead of driving people away from the app
