I’ve been trying for the app for days now. Yes, the website works I just prefer the app but I don’t mind using the website. I sent in a ticket too, and was told it was read. That’s about all I have, I don’t know what else lol. I’ve tried different wifi’s and using data.

same here. my character REFUSES to respond. i was thoroughly disappointed when the patch came out because I thought what they meant by "missing typing animation" was characters refusing to send messages at all. I also noticed that for some reason, it says that my character has 0 chats even though I remember it having 15.6K chats (still super thankful for that. DON'T JUDGE WHAT I MADE!!!)
