Hello! so ussop actually doesnt use the 6 drop 7 k black luffy and your deck may be kind of bricked based off counters so I would find a better op10 dressrosa cardto replace for the black monkey d. luffy. 👍
Well it can use the black drop Luffy it wont fully use it to its max potential!
