#Welcome Panel not working in latest production build.

Welcome Panel worked fine in Carbon until updating to the latest production build v0.2023.2147.4606. When carbon attempts to load the plugin I receive the error "Web request callback raised an exception in 'WelcomePanelAddons v4.0.93' plugin"
